Returns

Returns are accepted only when items are returned in their original box with all original packing materials included.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Items must be returned in unused condition unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Take Aim Airgun Ammo reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged, incomplete, used, altered, or missing original packaging.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Most refunds are issued within four weeks of handing your return to the carrier. This time period includes:

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days
  • Return processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank/payment processing: 5–10 business days

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety, shipping, legal, or product-condition concerns. If an item is not eligible for return, that may be noted on the product page or communicated during the return review process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
